What is Design Thinking
Design thinking is an expansion of innovation to help professionals to design appropriate solutions for the end users with a specific problem statement. The team can make use of the design thinking process to understand users' requirements, challenge clients' assumptions, redefine clients' problems and develop innovative solutions. Design thinking involves five phases - empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test, which are useful to tackle any problems that are undefined or less defined. Empathize – helps to understand the user needs and gain real insights into users and their needs. Define – It is the phase to accumulate all the information gathered during the empathize phase. Here this information is analyzed and synthesized to define the core problem and identify the problem statements.
